REFUND POLICY
We always want to satisfy our family with Better pricing, hardware, and stability. Its true that some users could not meet our services and after buy they regret on that. So everyone should a look up our refund policy first.
- If you purchase our Minecraft Plans and our services doesn't meet your need, then you can process for a refund. You must appeal your refund within 3 days of your purchase. After that you cannot proceed for any refunds. ( must give legal proofs of our services issues )
- Also if your server suspended by High traffic or Unsafe setups or due to illegal works, we don't give any refunds.
- Refund policy will be pocced when any problem occurs from our side or your purchase was wrong. Remember, you cannot request refund because of your mind change, need money back or etc. So, before buy, make sure you really want to purchase. Otherwise, we don't give any refund if your mind plan changes or other useless excuse.
